Join me and together we'll settle in for an unforgettable night of open-air theatre with all the drama of Richard III in Shakespeare Under the Stars at historic Fort Scratchley. Gather your picnic snacks, invite a guest or come along and meet new friends. Together we can share the magic of the coastal setting and live theatre from a fun and talented ensemble. In the event of light rain and wind the performance will still go ahead . **Agenda** You will need to purchase your ticket in advance for the 8:00pm show. https://events.humanitix.com/richard-iii-shakespeare-under-the-stars Cost: adult $49 concession $44 7:15pm: I’ll be wearing a bright blue jacket and meet you outside the Fort Scratchley main gate 7.30pm: the gates open and we'll move in and find ourselves comfortable seating places together 8:00pm: the performance begins 9.30pm we’ll finish up shortly after the end of the performance The ground at the Fort is uneven with an incline up to the performance area, but the site is accessible for most mobilities. **Location** 3 Nobbys Road Newcastle East Parking: There is parking available below the Fort in the Nobbys Road carpark or at Nobbys Beach carpark. The event is popular so allow ample time to find a park.
