Côte D'Azur Resort is a self-contained apartment stay in Nelson Bay, Newcastle, positioned on the Port Stephens Peninsula. The resort is about 300 metres from the town centre, putting shops, cafés, restaurants, bars and pubs within an easy walk. The marina foreshore is also close by, with a level waterfront walk towards the Fly Point Marine Conservation Area, while D'Albora Marinas Nelson Bay is around five minutes away on foot.

Accommodation is offered in spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with penthouses. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, reverse-cycle air conditioning and living space suited to longer stays or travelling together. Depending on the apartment, guests can choose between garden, pool or ocean views, with many upper-level apartments offering harbour outlooks. Secure undercover parking with lift access is complimentary, and visitor spaces are available. The complex is described as a peaceful residential and holiday property, with a strict quiet policy, so it is better suited to guests looking for a calm base than a late-night getaway. Pets are not permitted, and the parking area is limited to standard vehicles under 2.1 metres, with restrictions on trailers, boats and jet skis.

Arrival is contactless: check-in instructions and a secure lockbox code are sent by email or SMS before the stay, with after-hours assistance available by phone. Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is before 10am.
