Its signature range is the petits fours: miniature French desserts built with layered flavours, textures and techniques. Maison Augustine is the work of French pâtissière Charline Barre. After creating French Faves for Newcastle markets and opening a pâtisserie in Broadmeadow in 2021, Charline reshaped her business around a smaller, more sustainable model.
