NINETEEN Hunter Valley is a casual bar and bistro within The Vintage Estate in Pokolbin, offering a straightforward walk-in option for lunch, dinner and drinks in the Hunter Valley. There is more to NINETEEN than a single dining room. The Beer Garden provides an undercover outdoor setting with a playground nearby, and live music on weekends adds to its social feel. Dine Under The Vines offers another alfresco option beneath grapevines and fairy lights, while the Sports Bar has screens for live sport, hearty pub favourites and a relaxed place to settle in after exploring the region. At the end of the bar, a TAB area streams live sport from 11am until late. The venue is also dog-friendly, making the Beer Garden especially suitable for visitors bringing their four-legged companions.

A repurposed 1968 Airstream forms the home of Bao Bar, a pop-up serving soft, clam-shaped steamed buns with bold fillings. It is a more casual, shareable addition to the venue, suited to an informal bite rather than a traditional restaurant meal.
