Entwine Hunter Valley brings several chef-led food trucks together in one relaxed food hub at 151 Palmers Lane, Pokolbin. The idea is simple: choose from different food styles, pair your meal with local wine or another drink, and settle in for lunch, dinner or an easy-going afternoon in the vines. The food trucks cover Asian-inspired dishes, American BBQ, Italian-style food and modern Australian flavours, giving groups plenty of choice without having to agree on one type of cuisine.

The Native truck, led by Lucas, focuses on Australian ingredients and creative contemporary flavours. Its offerings include crocodile chowder, kangaroo skewers, roasted winter vegetable rolls and warm desserts inspired by native flavours. Dennis Moore’s Fiano brings a generous Italian influence, with handmade pastas, loaded arancini, flatbreads and churros designed for sharing or grazing alongside wine. Cranky Frankies, led by Adam Frey, takes an Asian-inspired approach, with dishes such as Japanese chicken and waffles, Korean fried squid, handmade dumplings and miso cauliflower. The dessert trailer, Cinnamon Cloud Cakes, is available on Friday and Saturday evenings with a seasonal range of cakes and sweet treats. Custom cakes can also be discussed for birthdays and other special occasions.

The setting is designed for lingering rather than a quick meal. Guests can sit outdoors, gather around fire pits or use The Barrel Room for indoor seating when the weather is less predictable. Live music forms part of the food hub experience, adding to the casual vineyard atmosphere without changing the focus on eating, drinking and spending time together.
