Stockton Skate Park

Stockton Skate Park is a street-style skate plaza at Griffith Park in Stockton, Newcastle. It was designed as a custom-built place for young people to develop their skills in a safe environment, and forms part of Newcastle’s network of nine skate parks.

The park takes inspiration from Stockton’s dockside setting. Its layout includes long skating lines, steel sculptural features and remnants of gantry infrastructure, giving the space a distinctive industrial character rather than a standard collection of ramps. For riders wanting a different style of facility, Stockton North Skate Park is also located on Mitchell Street and offers a mix of transition and street elements, although it is a separate venue.
